BYC Studio (SAS, RCS Toulouse 101 182 210), headquartered at 38 rue Alsace Lorraine, 31000 Toulouse, France, is the publisher of the NeopolisGO mobile application and the byc-studio.com website.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law.
Data we collect
When you use NeopolisGO, we collect the following data:
- Location data — Precise GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude), collected in the foreground only, unless you opt into background tracking for step-count bonuses.
- Account data — Email address, username, and social network identifiers (if you sign in via a third-party provider).
- Device data — Device model, operating system version, and IP address.
- Purchase data — Transaction history, managed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play. BYC Studio does not store or process payment card details.
- Gameplay data — In-game activity, progress, and interactions with other players.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under the age of 15 without verifiable parental consent.
How we use your data
- To operate and provide the NeopolisGO game service
- To manage your account and authenticate your identity
- To process in-app purchases and subscriptions
- To improve game balance, detect cheating, and ensure fair play

Applicable law
